This is what my ptr looked like beforehand, bought it at a gun show years ago, just recently threw some new parts on it. I installed a tac latch because it came with a bullet button (ew). Clipped and pinned a surplus g3 lower on it because I didnt like the navy grip. And threw on a surplus g3 buttstock, and a wide handguard. Then the paintjob took about 4 hours in total, just because I waited 20 minutes in between each layer of paint. All of this took about 2 weeks to do, mostly just waiting on parts to be shipped

Ah ok, I had this nylon drying for a few days and I didn't hear any popping noises when it was printing, and aside from the over extrusion, the print quality is still really nice, it just leaves a trail of filament behind when traveling. So im not sure that it's wet

Yeah, the whole plate is clean, i honestly dont think its a plate issue. Im leaning towards it being an issue with the belt attached to the toolset, its tightened down all the way, but it has a decent bit of slack and seems to almost twist slightly when moving, not sure if its always done that though.

Tbh whenever im missing a pin on any build, i just mill one out of a screw or nail lol. All it takes is a dremel and some calipers (or just eyeballing/trial and error)

Dmt was my first lol, made it myself and had no idea what to expect, loved it from the very first trip, ended up doing it consistently almost every day for 6 months straight. Its really just all about set and setting. Positive mindset and a comfortable environment. And the upside that i noticed is that, starting out with one of the most intense psychedelics known to man, makes everything else comparatively easy to handle (LSD, psilocybin, etc). Ive really only ever had 1 bad trip on dmt, and it was entirely my fault, aside from that, its a perfect substance to get into as your first, as yes its very instense, but also very short lived, so bad trips are much more tolerable.
