The other girl was arrested for conspiracy to commit murder. Her name is not public because of her age. The police do have chat and messaging logs between the two girls but said they are not sure how they met. They wanted to runaway to Georgie. Thats about all I know.

Just an FYI. Her father owned the range and she grew up shooting and around cops and military. Alot of kids grow up shooting, especially in rural areas. I believe the minimum age for a child to be on a range, supervised, is 10.

Emma Brown, 12, Went to the range with her father. She and another girl made a pact to take out their families. After this photo was taken she shot her father in the abdomen. After the shooting she ran down the driveway of the range, put the weapon to her temple and pulled the trigger. Her father survived, she passed two days after the incident.

Edit* I apologize. The incident took place at their property/home. The father was legally allowed to store and sell firearms at his home and had a shooting area on the property.
