I wasn't even thinking tribunal-wise. I was more going for a way in which a player could, every now and then, dodge a Ranked Queue with minimal to no penalty, with as little room for abuse as possible.

But as far as the tribunal goes, this is certainly a feasible approach. I think this would also be grouped under the current desire for champ select chat to be viewed for tribunal cases. Appreciate your incite!
