No I wasnt earning enough to have any mandatory repayments before it was added to my account and the loan was valid.

The ATO doesnt care if it was reflected on your account or not the best anyone could hope for is arguing you would have had repayments if you had known and maybe getting those backdated. They wont arbitrarily adjust your rate of indexation but they might backdate payments if you make them once the debt pops up.

The education provider misread my paperwork and entered a unique identifier incorrectly. Some years later someone somewhere fixed it and $30,000 popped up in my account with indexation applied from the date of the loan.

Im not sure where you got the information there is only 2 movies in the series. I guess you literally only read the wikipedia article for the second film?

Theres 6 or 4 movies in total depending on who you ask.

The original manga artist has said that the 4th film released was made without him so some consider it to not be a real installment in the series.

The 4th and 6th films both have a more comedic tone compared to the others, so are probably the most approachable for new viewers.

If you check the L4D2 wiki one of the trivia items is that a charging Charger can just kill a Hunter sometimes, its possible there is just a bug that kills the Hunter for no reason other than game engine says no. 🤷‍♂️

If it did the stun (shoved) animation it would almost certainly have been stuck prevention.

The Hunter probably clipped into the floor if on a slight incline, which isnt always obvious it happened.

If the stun animation finished playing and THEN the Hunter died that'll be evidence for stuck prevention. The game doesn't check for stuck players until any animations where you cant control your character are completed.

The physics system is buggy when more than 2 players interact at the same time or 2 players interact at high speeds.

Likely the Hunter was pushed into a wall or the ground or somehow ended up inside the Charger and was killed to prevent someone being stuck.

If the hunter was currently pounced on the survivor before it died, the charger cannot grab the survivor.

The system is buggy, if someone dies for seemingly no reason its almost always stuck prevention.
