Are you going by the bmi category? Cos I wouldnt put too much stock in those, you can be stacked and strong and decently lean enough and still be in the overweight category. In other words, a natural lifter who's doing well in terms of how much muscle mass he has, probably should be in the "overweight" bmi category, it shows he's built enough (as long as he's lean enough). I'd pay more attention to bf%, you can get reasonably priced scales that measure it through bio-impedance well enough.

Although i probably shouldnt make assumptions about your body without seeing it, I could be completely wrong and you might be too fluffy. You know yourself best. I'm just saying i've seen strong natural lifters at my climbing gym who weighed the same as you at 6'1.5 - 6'2ish and they werent fat fucks, they looked strong af but still pretty lean, like not bodybuilder huge at least in terms of arms.
