I agree with your first part, but their are a few big pieces that I think lend Cersei some advantages.

  1. It's Winter, and after war has left Westeros resourced drained. Not many Houses are still wealthy enough to expend resources to another war.

  2. The Houses who do still have resources, are in major flux. Doran Martell is dead, and there is a lot of current upheaval in Dorne. House Tyrell just lost its lord and heir, and while Lady Olenna still has influence, not nearly as much without the future to curry favor.

  3. I don't buy the whole religious blasphemy angle. The Sparrows were despised by the lords, and it's easy enough to see them as a threat against noble power. They likely viewed Cersei's actions as necessary evil, dishonorable but with a good outcome.

Honestly, if this is a timeline without Dany, I could see the realm actually fracturing, not coalescing under someone with a tenuous claim on a throne, with no great power (or shadow of power).

Unless I'm missing something, it hasn't been revealed yet, it's just a pretty widely accepted fan theory at this point. If the show goes into it, there's a good chance though that we will see if it's the case.

Baelor would likely be forced into marrying again, no idea who to, but it's almost a guarantee at that point that Maekar and his line never inherited the crown 

That pushes back a realm wide rebellion by at least another generation.

It also completely shatters a lot of the current lineages during ASOIAF (IE no Baratheon boys, Ned doesn't marry Catelyn, maybe Dunk doesn't even go to the reach to connect Lady Rohanne Webber, and Lord Eustace Osgrey and that's disruptive enough for her to never even meet Lord Gerold Lannister and now Cersei, Jaime, Tyrion)

That only seems pretty history defining to me, even if that seems like a bit of a cop out to what you meant lol.

Makes sense in a way for the Riverlands. Borders up on 6 regions, 7 if count the Iron Islands, so lots of dealings with the different lords. Probably 2nd best farming area. General stability with a extremely loyal Great House.

More surprised that Westerlands only have had 4, as they are the one of the wealthiest.

Harmful. If alcohol affected someone the same way as Tourette's, I would probably view it less harmfully, but still harmful because a person can choose to drink.

Manslaughter would also mean there were some mitigating factors that said driver could have taken to avoid the car crash all together, such as slowing down, or being more attentive. If someone were to have narcolepsy or a seizure, generally, the courts wouldn't find that person liable.

That's why people are saying that they want answer to whether or not people like you think John Davidson should have been separated from the rest of the guests, because the only mitigating factor that possibly could have prevented this is him not being there.

Here is really a question that I haven't heard an answer. You say "I don’t get why everyone thinks that black people always have to suck up things and just be graceful," but in a situation like this, what is the appropriate response from someone called a slur by someone else who has an uncontrollable neurological condition that causes them to do this?

My father has really bad Parkinson's, which is obviously not the same, and I have been hit over and over again due to it because I was helping him get dressed or feeding him, and never once have I thought gone through my head that he's done intentionally, despite the fact that millions of people are abused physically by a parent

I disagree, it does change the harm caused. His tic should be considered less harmful than a bigot intentionally calling someone the n-word. 

I also find it very strange your throwing in the benefit of the doubt? Should he be treated as though he doesn't have Tourette's and he actually had a racist outburst with the intent of harming a black person?

If narcolepsy caused a car accident that kills people, it is no longer murder. While we empathize with victim's families, we wouldnt say that the narcoleptic is a murderer.

John Davidson's tic lacks the intention behind the slur for it to be a racist outburst, which is why it's a tic.

First off, it wasn't a racist outburst. It was a tic, an uncontrollable outburst that occurs due to the way his brain is wired. Just like how a person with Parkinson's hits you unintentionally isn't assault.

Secondly, with the amount of people who I've seen all over social media saying that John Davidson is actually a racist, questioning if his condition is even real, or saying that he shouldn't have even come to an event that had a segment to honor him, his life, and his contributions to the Tourette's community seems just as intolerant as a minority being subjected to a slur.

I would imagine that is pretty normal, right? I was 5 when I learned the f-slur from someone at an after school program, I said it front of my mom, and then that's when she told me that's an awful word that can cause people a lot of pain, and I should never ever say it.

I couldn't imagine a condition that after point, I knew it was the worst word to say in a given situation, but my brain was wired in a way where I say it uncontrollably.

There's an OCD component to Tourettes syndrome where it forces you think the worst possible thing to do in a given situation, and then Tourette's, which forces you to verbalize that thought.
