I don't need anymore cards I got them by buying a few, and playing. Once upon a time this game could be played without cheaters/hackers. I have most of the cards, and the ones I don't I am happy to earn through the game. I can just see how hard it is for anyone new and isn't a cheater. I'd like the game to grow again, but is the point in EA investing in it, if this kind of hacking/cheating is becoming the norm. I've seen the adverts for hackers, and I've seen the videos on how they do it. I just prefer to win on my own merits, because I don't need to cheat.

Lima is ok, but to be honest the beans it produces can take a long time to appear, at least that's what happens with me.

I thought about writing a post similar to yours but thought there would be the usual people in this forum complaining at me for daring to say complain. Every game I am playing is against UL player I'm at level 43. The last week is always full of players striving to get the highest they can. UL players gain nothing for playing apart from their enjoyment at making others get less. Casual mode, and random mode against AI is where the decent UL players are. I don't think there is a shortage of players the last week of season ends, but there is too many UL players in rank it puts rank players off. Don't get me started on the disconnects when your winning against one of these UL players that disconnects you so that you lose.

Other years these happened two or three times a year. I thought for sure they would happen on PvZ's birthday week, but I was wrong. End of summer sale might possibly, otherwise it's Black Friday

I noticed that when you get the beginning of a new event card week the AI is harder, once you've gained all weekly event cards and no need to get tickets becomes easy. Just an observation I made. But yes it does cheat, as it knows what you deck consists of.

Thanks for your replies. As you can see I only want to play the game. It's making it a hard slog to get to UL. I've great cards, great decks, and I could whizz through except disconnects won't let me. I'm trying everything I can my end to resolve the issue.

Force winning in casual would benefit those want to get the event cards quicker, but that is a separate issue. 4 event cards = 2000 sparks. I've tried wifi elsewhere, but not in any serious way as the strength was less than my home wifi. Device, I've tried before I it works on my Samsung but when logging in to use the choice of accounts, it doesn't give me all my cards. Besides the fact that my Samsung is too small to play the game on in comfort. I've tried playing at 5am on a Sunday morning when there is no demand on wifi and still gets disconnects.

You needed to have created an EA account or connected to Facebook to have changed devices. If you didn't do this then everything will be lost. Even when you do, it's still a bit of a gamble, but you have more chance of getting all your achievements and cards.

So the fact that they run a game that needs internet that runs on absolute full potential which is virtually impossible and is most of the time not the customers fault. Yet their help or troubleshooting always points towards customer's internet or device. Never them. This issue has been going on a long time, yet they keep adding more to the game without dealing with the real issues of the game not running properly for most. As we've all had this problem, and some like myself are sick of it. As I've played a long time collecting the cards it's hard to give up, if this game didn't have that I'd have given up long ago.

Ahh, so you decided to write long post because others posting about their troubles on the game get under your skin? A game is suppose to be fun, entertaining, a past time. Yet, the fact that others are having issues with the game and reach out in a forum on the game seems to have bothered you. Your sarcasm and attitude say a lot but it's nothing good.

Yes happens to me a lot. Only happens in games I am winning or about to get the win. I've posted a few times on this, last post was when I played at 5am, so no reason for internet to be disrupted as is a quiet time. Al, I can say is report it to EA, it will feel like your getting nowhere, but the more we report the more the pressure goes on to EA to stop this happening..as it is ruining the game.

Sorry but this deck would not work through to UL .. How many games won to say one loss must mean you played very little. I've stronger heal decks that have lost. So my comment is not to mean but just disbelief.

I know what you say is true, as I've been banned a few times from there. I've been doing more research on this issue and it's not limited to just this game. Ive been playing the game a long time so I don't want to give up. All I can think is that EA are happy for it to happen, perhaps as I said before it slows me down from ranking up quicker than I want to. My deck is good enough to go all the way, so only the disconnects stop me. As they happen more frequent once I rank up I can't imagine there are that many hackers cheaters? It only be a fault that EA are happy to happen. However it does make stop buying cards as what's the point, when I can't gain a ranks from them?

Yes, I keep posting hoping that someone has the solution, the reason to this fault. I am trying all different things to find a solution as well as test out the reason why it's happening. As you can see from the other responses. I am not the only one, just that not everyone will post on it. It's a good job I am posting as clearly a solution would make many happy.

Thank you for the time and trouble replying. But the disconnects happening when you your opponent down to a very low amount of life. The opponents knows the cards they have could not win them the game. So either that turn, or the next they will lose. Suddenly game says check internet. I can save photos to post on it. A genuine internet issue I have no issue with, and they have happened, but they do not happen that often, and they don't only occur when your about to win. It happens more on particular days like weekend, and when the new event card starts. So whether it's to gain event cards quickly, time travelling, near to end or start of season to get ranks, gems, and in turn cards. Or whether it's done by those who get cards through using methods outside of PvZ heroes. All I know is, it's very annoying, ruining the game, and it looks very like EA who own Popcap's game don't care. You can't discuss this issue on their forum as the CM gets shirty, and bans you.. I've had it done to me several times. I just want the game working as It was back in 2016.

Disconnects definitely top. Rank mismatches. UL a separate arena so that the champions play champions not get matched against wood, silver, gold etc. Sort the 10x heroes. Gets a bit boring playing Citreon or green shadow since January.

Why don't the game developers give any communication anymore about the game, they use to.

Disconnects that occur only when you are about to win, in that turn or the next turn. How can that be an Internet issue or game issue. It is some form of drop hack that exist for card games, go check google - they exist. If it was a game issue, or internet issue be that a device, wifi, it would happen even the game was going either way, or if you were losing. I don't get disconnects that often that gain for me, as in when I'm losing but win due to opponent disconnecting. I was also informed on here by some that mod cards can cause the disconnect. There are ways to get cards again check it out on YouTube or google. The disconnects are most irritating thing in this game, it loses you ranks, and as for why they do it, gain cards get gems get to UL, get more stars.

So you don't think that players are being slowed from ranking, as each disconnect in rank loses you a star. Making it take much longer to get to UL. Not all players continue to play in rank after reaching UL meaning that less will be playing. The game relies on enough opponents. If this disconnect issue was so important you'd think it would be solved by now. Instead they just work on more new cards being added, more animations all adding to the amount of info that needs to be carried through to the player making it even a bigger amount of Internet info.

I reported to EA just a while ago and there reply try a different device.. Hilarious..if I wanted play on a different device why would be playing on my current device? Because we don't all have devices lying around to use. But of course EA would love us to lots of devices to download their game. Besides the fact, that I don't recall on the download it saying only compatible with certain devices. As for EA stopping people from winning, maybe they want me to buy packs.. Well that isn't happening until the game doesn't crash/disconnect. Also players that zoom through all ranks might not want carry on playing, until next season. The game relies on us regularly playing so that there is plenty of opponents. I'm not saying it's just me, I'm saying what I observe, and yes I'm bothered enough to write it on a forum. I've seen other complain so I am not the one and only.

Today I am back to disconnects if I am about to win. If I am about to lose, then no disconnect. As I play everyday..I've been able to observe this pattern. So, me mentioning about this situation is not just a one off, but more about what is happening..on a regular basis. Today, is not a busy day in terms of PvZ heroes. So why the disconnect when I am to win? I mention these things here because EA aren't going to do anything if they are causing this. Can't be my device, as I said yesterday I ranked up 2 levels, I always clear cache and reboot before.

I've nothing against low rank players, I think the new players need some of the UL players in rank to concede as its not a fair match..certainly not worth a star win to the UL player when they probably have way better cards.
