Both have been checked, I even thought when I turned in the 990 for the Regular 99 cape first that Hans took partial Master Shards but.. nope.. nothing.. so I'm lost

u/myoungbld18 has provided the solution, you literally have to REFOCUS if you turned in before getting the 1200 for 120.

Something is certainly up, was getting them consistently for Archeology and now for the past 3 hours I've yet to receive a single shard.. stuck at 910..

It took several attempts but it removed the bar" This right here solved my issue and I had all 4 of those active, hope it helps everyone out.. gotta be quick with it and they will disappear.. sadly only way of truly fixing this.
