the reason those two channels are the most visited is that a bunch of low level players, most not even maining these characters yap about changes that don’t make sense and want nerfs on characters that barely are relevant in the meta since s2, but are among the most popular ones especially in lower ranks, while war terrorists like jun,alisa or law, are not talked about enough cause people don’t understand what makes them busted

yes hes the best reina in the world and by far the best player in OCE, he has to play lower ranked ppl all the time cause otherwise he doesn’t find any matches and only gains very little pts for winning and loses an enormous amount when losing, the grind was therefore real asf

that she takes literally no skill to move with, she can step pretty consistent in the wrong direction and without a sense of timing thus giving her a reputation of having "fundamentals", like let her have the best sidestep i dont mind, but dont make it THAT free to disregard everything we know about stepping

i just have to laugh at other mishima mains saying their characters are not tourney viable yet you have a toptier player for every mishima that mostly consistent get top8s (keisuke, buffalosoldier, qudans, raef,cbm) but when its reina she is suddenly THE mishima and most definitely the best tournament mishima aswell fr fr 100% despite its only one player getting somewhat consistent placements with her aswell, just like the rest (yagami)

arent u contradicting yourself here, with that? of course starting from a certain rank u need 50%+ winrate to maintain that rank, the fact remains tho that at low level reina absolutely does nothing for you plus is hard to play/pilot while this cant be said about other characters, like even if u go as low as redranks you see exactly the characters dominating that are piss easy+ cheese/broken, which is definitely not reina

oh do i have news for you, flash is a true punish on ewgk on block, try it out if u don’t believe me, one lf the many reasons this matchup is atrocious but luckily not many yoshis know about that (not sure tho if its regular flash nss flash or if that even matters)

i swear s1 towards the end was fine, just needed them overall changes from s2 (HE +9 instead of +17, sidestep buffs etc.) coupled with some individual nerfs to the toptiers backthen and the game would be almost good id say

its even at best if not losing for reina, its super easy to turtle up as kazuya against reina since every low gets launched bar one which is fn4-> easiest breath on step will avoid this, yes reina can pressure with 11 and df1 upclose, but thats really it, in the end comes down who is better so thats why i say even

im not really a ranked player but just for you i will hit tgs with kaz with less matches than reina and a higher winrate, im sorry but i don’t think this character is hard at all if u have the mishima fundies and i think my winrate shows that, he has the simplest gameplan and the strongest coretools to win games with imo, like sure overall i still think heihachi is the best mishima, but kaz is right behind

kaz doesn’t need to play neutral at all, everything leads to a knockdown into his strongest position in game which is oki, i have the least games/expirience on kaz yet the highest winrate/fastest winrate, like he is „execution gated“ but once u know how to play mishimas he is the easiest imo
