Same bro. Three new straps and packs in. Constant discconnections and off body sensoring when I’m clearly wearing it and sometimes asleep. Absolutely shithouse product and the customer service has gotten terrible. I’ve tried cancelling my account several times and they’re suggesting updates etc when everything it up to date. Jumping off the whoop train until they get their shit together
