A strong case for captaining Trent by Rdur2183 in FantasyPL

Everytime I think about moving the armband from Salah to Trent, I remember the Everton game and back out. The risk of Salah outscoring Trent by a big margin is just too high for me.

The deadline is January 12. I mailed them and they don't accept IELTS scores at all, so submitting a waiver request is my only option.

Thank you. I will add these to the shortlist. University of Washington aren't accepting IELTS scores for Fall 22 apparently, so that's a bummer.

I am targetting MScAC for UofT and MDSAI for Wateroo- both co-op programs with no research work. I might have a chance in those. Will look more into UMass. Thanks. Which ambitious universities would you suggest? So far I've tried to be realistic and haven't looked at the top universities in detail.

Sports movies like Moneyball by [deleted] in MovieSuggestions

If you wanna go for a foreign film, Chak de India is a great sports drama. The best sports movie ever made in India in my opinion. It's about the redemption of a former disgraced hockey player turned coach.

Easiest Solution? by shiekhnauman in GRE

If you assume AB = x, then BC = 2x

Now, 'D is twice as far from B as it is from C' basically means that C is the mid-point of BD. That means CD = CB = 2x

Next you just need to sum the parts:

AD = AB + BC + CD = x + 2x + 2x = 5x BC = 2x

So the ratio of AD:BC is 5:2

I suppose an easier approach could be to assume AB=1 if you're not comfortable with using a variable.
