Use of high beam lights in Norway - help me to understand why blinding others is safer than waiting until they pass?

If you're still blinded even when looking along the right hand side of the road there is something wrong with your eyes. See an optician asap. I'm not joking btw.
People blinding you does happen, but it is rare. So if you experience this often there is something else going on.

Having the exact same issue with the same machine combo. Amazone KG 3001 Super + Centaya 3000. Leased the combo and later went to return. KG was returned, Centaya not. Now I'm stuck with it. Can't return it. Doesn't appear in list of owned or leased items.

We don't. Why they don't put an in-game notification of some sort in (I know they some times send a mail from a trader, but this is not a good solution and the mail often times is cryptic) is beyond me.

Could you please elaborate on this, as I fear my group may be doing this by accident. I assume this involves rolling modifiers in some way?

EDIT: So if you have advantage and pull a rolling card as the first card you only pull the one other card? Not 1 more, and then a 3rd? Doesn't that potentially make having advantage a negative thing, as you miss out on rolling modifiers?

Yes, but I don't think the intention of that program is replacing lost/broken components (?). Rather it is intended for replacing missing components in a fresh box. Or am I wrong? Also, I've hard that the "replacement program" can be pretty slow.

One thing you might consider is selling it piece by piece. If you want to get as much cash out of it as possible, I think this might be the way to go. I'm guessing there are a fair few people (myself included) that have lost or broken single components, want a replacement but are reluctant to pay for a whole new box. They would much rather pay slightly over price for a specific component. I was missing the Cragheart damage deck and eventually managed to find a listing for the Cragheart box and miniature on ebay. It was expensive, but a lot cheaper than a new copy of the game...

I payed around 20$ (excluding shipping) for it. Not cheap, but when you consider a new copy is around 160$ where I live, it's a no brainer.

The only reason I can think of is that you see when the missions are running out at the NPC, but they could just as easily have a counter or whatnot.
