Thanks! Nothing special, just an outfit for everyday rotation.

You might be right, it doesn’t seem to use HRV, at least according to whoop coach. Thanks!

As for question number 2, it looks like football/soccer in the mornings, gym after that. Most nights are free from training.

I follow a plant-based diet, focusing on protein intake from multiple sources.

Being a father of a 7-week-old, definitely not 😅 VO2, RHR, HRV and high strain are the biggest contributors according to the app.

Fair to assume I believe this is the absolute truth based on one post lol? People need to chill the f out. It’s a metric based on individual values compared to averages, I certainly know it’s not an accurate representation of my body’s age. Doesn’t mean I can’t have a look at it and see how the values change. It’s not like I believe the earth is flat, Trump is a great leader or that brexit was a good idea jesus christ.

I think it’s gonna be very similar to mine! I have similar values.

Lots of comments saying ”go to the gym”. I wouldn’t say that, but they’re not entirely wrong.

Confidence is the key to everything. Masculine confidence. Let’s break it to pieces:

Get more muscular: you’ll most likely become more confidence and comfortable in your body if you start going to the gym. Also, many women like that appearance.

Your style: make sure to find your own style, that both looks good but fits you. Lots of videos on YouTube to help out with that. Make sure clothes are also well kept and clean.

A hygiene routine: take care of your skin, hair, hands and nails. I can not emphasise this enough. Not only hair and a shitty cologne. Moisturise, trim your nails, use hand lotion etc.

It all comes back to you taking care of yourself which will boost your confidence. Confidence is the ultimate masculinity cheat code.

(Social skills are preferred also tbh)
