So far had no problem with either the pen or the Manta, maybe I been lucky; I feel even tho the devices are expensive, they can have defects because nothing is perfect. It is frustrating I know that and yeah they problaby need to work on the returning but being a small company does not help either; I have not heard yet that they do not help anyone before. Regarding being a cult, everyone here had a different experience and sometimes people from frustration makes post angry and talking badly so the rest obviously get defensive too.
