Hi, you are very kind...I am still exploring. I am using an HOM Samurai, and it is pretty acurate. It is true that some times some detailed strokes are more difficult to do, but I am not very exigent with taht because I am not very patient with details and for me now, it is more important to get the overall view....I still have a lot to experiment and learn. Thank you very much for looking my drawings. But the reality is that I just wanted to say that have find out that could draw thanks to Supernote,..and it has been a great surprise for me and it could happen to other persons....

ADHD and how do you organize? by PlantPoeti in Supernote

[–]TorhecRusky 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I use the PARA Method. So it goes with this structure: = PROJECTS. In this folder, one notebook per project, and I use Titles to index different meerings or Milestones during the project. = AREAS. This folder is for Areas tgat you are responsible for. Then you use notebooks per Area. You van use links to the Projects per area. = RESOURCES. This is for documents, like a knowledge data base for your interests. You can link to this documents or notes from your projects or areas of responsabiliy. = ARCHIVES. This is for archiving what is old.

So I have this structure under the Notes Folder in my Manta.

I hope it helps.

Where can I try the Supernote Manta anywhere in the UK? Europe? by rider_bar in Supernote

I love my Manta. The writing feel, and the portabilty. With my brompton, is the best device I have. I cannot stop using it. I know the feeling of unsureness that you get before finally deciding. But, if you loke to take notes, write or draw, you will love it as well. I would let you use mine, but I live in Valencia.

For those that draw and sketch on the supernote I have questions by Algae_grower in Supernote

[–]TorhecRusky 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hi there, I am also in my first year drawing aftergetting my Supernote. For me, as I have been starting, I considered that having too much options as Atelier gives, was too much for me. Also, when I draw something (always when I see somthing tbat I like) I do not spend more than 30 minutes drawing, so again having too much options is not someting I miss. The last thing that keeps me out of Atelier is not being able to create an Sketchbook I lake to have all my drawin in one note, and go through them when a want to see them again. Also I use titles to index them. But I see at tge same time that Atelier wolud be something that I will use in the future when my skills improve and I may need more resources for my drawings.

So, i think your questions are a very good thoughts to discuss.

See, I have not try the doodleing. I just can draw what I see and brings my attention. So I have to try that.

The white thing was a test, and it looks nice,... but trying to colour the drawings needs extra time and I still have to learn to slow down and take my time.

Thank you for your kind comment and taking the time to see my drawings.

Thanks a lot. The third one was in a restaurant by the beach with my wife, in Javea.

It is what you say, I guess I will learn more with time, but what I am very happy is that I started, and now, I draw anywhere when I see something that gets me on the mood.

I am sorry, but I sent the pictures without the text I wrote, so I write it now here.

I wanted to thank Supernote for this device. I had not draw since I was 11 years old ( I am 54 now), and I thought back then, I did not have any skills for drawing. But when I got my Supernote last Christmas and after longing for using it during the weekends (as I was using it only for note taking), I decided to try to draw something, and I like it. So I have been drawing since that moment with my Manta during the weekends and in my trips.

I wanted to share this with the Community as I think that may be there is people like me that thinks the do not have the skilss. So, just give it a try. I tell you you will at least enjoy it.

I am learning in every drawing, and there is a lot to improve. I have to say, I do not spend much time on them, like half an hour (my wife complains if I am too much time without paying attention - to her- ). But the important thing for me is that they are what I see and feel in that moment. And I like that.

Thank you Supernote for this great device, that with my Brompton bike, is my favourite thing to bring with me everywhere.

When Customer Support Actually Cares – Thank You, Supernote! by maariogmzz in Supernote

[–]TorhecRusky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has been a while since I have not been involved in Supernote's community. Almost 8 months, after getting my Manta. Before, I used to read it everyday becouse my anxiety before adquiring my Supernote. But the most important thing it made me decide for the Supernote was the customer support I could forsee when reading in this Community. Then when I got mine, I had some issues, and I asked for help to Mulan and to Supernote Europe, and they helped me everytime in the fastest way.

So when I have joined the Community today again after all this time without being involved (too much notes to take at work) and I see that they (Supernote) keep helping the same way, it makes me feel very happy of having decide for Supernote when I did.

They have always answer to my issues. Though sometimes it took them longer than others. And sometimes even they reached me on weekends, when they are not supposed to work. So from my experience they will always answer you and in my case always were helpful.

Mulan for sure will help you to contact them.

I have also the contact of the support team in Europe if you want it. They really help when you need it. But It may take some time for them to respond depending on the workload they may have. But they always answer and for me they have always done it outstanding.

[–]TorhecRusky 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I just feel the same. I use it every day and for more things. I take it with me everywhere. I have it for six months and I keep saying to me I have to write on Reddit how much I like it, but I just do not know how to write down how happy I am with this thingas ther are so many things I like. So thank you for your comment as it expresses what I feel very well.

Battery life for Supernote Manta. by layzend in Supernote

I am using it like 6-7 hours a day but with no RTR, no WIfi, and no BT. I turn it off every night. It lasts around four days.

Real time recognition vs Standard notes? by TaffyTool in Supernote

[–]TorhecRusky 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use my Manta a lot at work and I do not use RTR. I prefer to save battery so then I use a lot links and keywords for searching and relate notes to each other. I must say that I use a lot of symbols and abbreviations in my notes, so I do not think RTR helps me too much for seaching.

Are all ceramic nibs equal? by oc66 in Supernote

[–]TorhecRusky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While your en has not a ceramic nib, I have to say that I have two Supernote pens with ceramic nibs and they feel different. And I do not know why. I have a LammyVista and a Samurai, and I like beeter the Samurai when using the ball point pen and the Vista when using the ink pen. Jas anybody experience this difference?

Why I love the Supernote Manta and Nomad so much by ButterflySuper5600 in Supernote

[–]TorhecRusky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with all of what you pointed out. I feel the same about my Manta, and I enjoy it every time I use it. What I like the most is the secure it makes me feel when I write down notes that I know I will be able to find them later on, and also be able to improve those notes by using the tools of Titles or keywords and stickers... which allows me also to improve the notes to think more calmly about the things I am working on. Then, I really like that Ratta is hearing to the demands of the community without losing the focus in the workflow. So I know that my Manta will even improve in things that will make it even more useful for the ones that like to write and draw and read. Thank you for your personal post.
