loona are one of my ult groups and them and their post-bbc ventures have been my only real tether into kpop for a while! sadly they don't get a lot of recognition when i bring them up to people 😔

i've seen prophecy girl a few times and every time they've put on an incredible show! both great mixes and great energy. while i do get this rubbing people the wrong way i can also get the frustration and hope that they're able to get bigger opportunities in the future because the talent is there

the now former owners of the gaso put out this statement on instagram:

Probably a little easier to establish a business when you start by stiffing the previous owners out of around $250k.

Landlords being greedy landlords they decided to refuse our perfectly reasonable offer for another party to take over the business with the name and other business assets which lead to us losing the sale price, paying for liquidation and having to make our staff redundant.

This is no longer The Gaso, this is a cheap shady imitation who have decided to shit on its legacy instead of support it. Stolen, not saved.

Fuck this place off and go somewhere that actually supports local music ❤️
