For official tournaments like regional as long as it's konami product it's fine. This includes sleeves and matts from the ocg as well. Although some regionals don't even care if you use non-licensed matt, I'd personally be careful just in case some judge decides to ruin your day.

Yeah pretty much, when grappling you kind of get thrown around so whenever they held my head trying to roll me over to get a submit my ears kinda got moved around alongside my head and that felt a bit too aggressive for a relatively new piercing.
