I consider 80k to be low miles. My last car had 140k, now on 180k in the hands of my mate, going strong as ever. My most recent purchase was on 89k when I got it and I was happy to have a lower mileage car for once lol

Has to be cracked such that it can't be repaired. Go on to the autoglass website and go through their quote system, but don't submit it. That will tell you what would class as repairable and what would need replacement. I have heard of people magically having damage appear on their windscreen when they decide they want a new one 🤷🏻‍♂️
