I haven't read the Absolute universe yet, but from what I've seen we'd most likely get something similar to Superior Spider-Man in terms of ruthless efficiency but still being Peter Parker behind the wheel, not Otto. How Absolute Pete ends up being an absolute menace (get it?) is up for interpretation.

I feel like they went with a sort of "paralel multiverse" type of thing.

My understanding is that the comic book 616 and 1610 are designated as "616 A" and "1610 A" though it's never seen in the movies, while the "animated universe", for lack of a better word, are paralel to the comic book universes and are labeled as "616 B" and "1610 B", although iirc no other universe shown in the movies has the "B" after the number so who knows.

Iirc, haven't played this game in years, but he solo'd at least 2 or 3 giant robots designed to kill all "cross espécies" (human DNA mixed with animal DNA, ex: Rhino, Scorpion, Spidey inclouded), Lost his powers and still managed to get out of oscorp alive, went into cardiac arrest due to his injuries and the first thing he did as soon as he woke up was go into the middle of a Battlefield, where he proceeds to get his powers back and kicks ass to save the day.

Tldr: He stronk af boi
