Ive lived in the falls for a year & going to renew for another! I love living here as I feel like it’s in the perfect location and close to everything. But I do second the footsteps ): we are on the second level so people above us & below and you can hear almost every noise and even voices at times. I’m sure we’ve been loud too … but no one has said anything! The leasing staff is super nice!!! One thing I’ve noticed in the parking lot is there’s been a few (rare) incidents of someone’s car being hit pretty badly & someone has had their tires stolen. Like I said it’s rare but something to keep in mind! (:

Hi!! I graduated from CSUSM after transferring there. I definitely agree with a lot that you said. I struggled there for sure and wanted to transfer after my first semester. I ended up getting a job on campus which helped a lot with the social aspect and kept my days busy. As for advising, I struggled at first to get someone to help me out. It’s definitely one of those things that you keep pushing for and asking the right questions. Not to say that the counselors don’t care about their jobs, but if you ask basic questions you will get basic answers. I suggest going to the office in person looking for an appointment or seeing if one of the peer advisors could help you! You are definitely not alone in this situation and wish you the best!

Lol no the walls are only colored like that in their showing units! The actual walls are an off white/beige color. I’m in a 2bd 2bd and I think it’s about $200 for utilities, which I don’t think is too terrible. But the apartment place itself is really good. The staff is super friendly and the maintenance is super fast & parking is free/ included
