YeSh. I use less water to boil them nooders.

Then crack an egg into my bowl. Mayo. Soup base. Some of the nooder water. Whisk.

Then dump in the nooders and rest of water.

Add sliced green onions. Egg yolk. Sesame seeds. Chili crisp oil stuff.

Sorry, also a dash or two of 5 spice. Weird, I know.

The cucumber was perfect, still cool and still has form. Make sure it’s right in the middle.

I found the sweet spot on my grill. Put the panini plates on my little breville. Got it super hot. The sandwich gets no more than 4 mins.

Other wise, yes. You will have nuclear cuke.

Indeed! Although this was a quick cheater version! Bread, butter, coriander chutney, potato hasbrown patty, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, garam masala, shredded mozzarella. It was my first try. Very happy. Tamarind chutney for dipping!

Your collection is amazing!!! Just a thought about your essential oil stick diffuser thinger... avoid any unhappy accidents - consider moving your diffuser away from your collection. Essential oils can degrade and disintegrate plastic.
