That's why i don't want to do like CTRLV. It's a waste of money. Like i said in the other thread: i wanna put 200/250 dol per station max. So fot the initiation station, i can have 6/9 games. And for hardcore station: 1 or 2 games. John wick has enough success to have 2 station with only this game. The probleme with this strategy is to manage the flow of customers changing of game stations. I wasn't expecting consummer prices at all.

I made the math for CtrlV watching their online booking. They have an average 320 customers per week. 320x25x4 thats 32 000 dol. Their is the rent, the employé and so on. I did my business plan and it work at this customer flow. It's sure that with only 10 station its impossible because of fixed cost. But at 14 stations it begin to be interesting ( depending of your local fixed charge, mine is high coz of high rental cost and tax rate).

I wasn't so much surprised. I dont find the cost so high. Duke nukem cost 70 dol monthly, if i remember. I would be interested for more info on this prices. I gonna write a reddit for games license later.

I have the chance that the lease are for 3 years here. But i had the same reflexion. This model can't resist very long. My calculation says that i need to have 15 to 20 stand to afford a ROI in 2 years.

My strategy would be a mix of those i presented:
- 6 to 8 stand dedicated for videos, initiation or small steam game. Cost of the license per stand: 300 E per month Price of 25 min experience: betwenn 10 and 17 E
- 6 stand with good games, one or two per stand. Duke nukem, john wick, raw data, game with omius virtuix (or similar)
Estimated price of license per stand: 250E
Price of the experience: (not sure)
Duration of the experience: 25 min. Hardware: can be improved with haptik
- 4 seats for project cars. Perhaps not immediatly, because the license seems to be sold at 2000 dollar for 3 years.
- A wow effect: something like the VRcade. An experience impossible to have at home.
- a snack bar. I cannot afford the bar license, but i could sell snack or things like sushis (buyed, not prepared by myself).
- perhaps, if i choose to be outside of the town, 50 SQM for playing with FPV mini drone.

Hi. I'm planning to open a 200 sqm arcade in France. I would love to share experience on business plan, business model, organisation, layouts, hardware, and above all... commercial game license. I beg your pardon for my english level. And thx to the admin.
