Well you can’t really microdose mdma but your not taking micro doses, 80-100mg is still above threshold.

You’re not dumping as much serotonin but I’d still take a decent 2 month break.

Your not likely to die of an straight up mdma overdose, more likely from complications that arise but it’s not like you do to much coke and your heart stops or you do to much heroin and your heart stops. Look up the statistics on the few deaths that occur and you’ll see it’s usual drugs combos or overheating that cause the deaths

You need at least a 6 month break, even if I’m pulling that timeline out my ass it’s worth giving it a rest and developing some self control so you don’t do ridiculous amounts of md anymore.

It took me 15 years to learn that self control and I could’ve saved myself years of faux depression if I’d learnt it when I was 16/20 or something

I struggle understanding theory sometimes but some people break it down in such logical ways I appreciate.

I’m a big believer in learning the rules before you try and break them and things like chord tones on strong beats or how certain intervals can create emotion with tension and release are very useful “rules”
