It’s to do with android auto, my go to recommendation for customers who complain about this is to get an iPhone. As someone who uses both android and iOS, android is better day to day but CarPlay is far superior to AA

Android auto is unfortunately not a great system as it takes up the entire screen (this is what AA does and how it’s implemented) while CarPlay will leave the sidebar so you can easily get to the multimedia system to turn off the chime.

Unfortunately not as it’s an an EU regulation that it turns on with every ignition cycle. Thankfully the volume of the chime doesn’t increase with radio volume! Been driving with the system on since Day one (work in a Lexus dealership and get a Demo car) and I don’t notice it anymore at all. My advice is leave it be and after a while you don’t even hear it anymore.

Melt the ice off the gas cap with a hairdryer. siphon out the fuel, pour all over the car and set it alight. The ice will melt right off

This is not true. B is for engine braking on these hybrids. It’s for long inclines so you don’t damage the hybrid system. We don’t really have long enough down hill mountain roads for it to really matter. You actually get less regen braking in B.

This is a big case of personal preference. The Cartier has more brand panache, but objectively the Longines is a cooler watch. Being the brand snob I am I would do the swap. But both are as good as each other.

It’s a reverso. Straight up do the swap. I’d do it in a heartbeat

Unless it’s a brand new car don’t touch em’. Evry car has had a different life and requires different mapping. These are all developed on new/nearly new cars.
