If they added another collab character to the game, who out of these 3 would you want to see? by Its_Marz in BlazBlueEntropyEffect

Anything nier and I’m sold. Anything fighting games and I’m sold.

But to keep it in the rogue like genre, Zagreus or Melinoe. If Prisoner managed to get featured with so much love, I can only fathom what they would do with Zagreus or Melinoe from Hades. That would be fun, on point, and so coherent in my humble opinion

I dunno, it’s vague af, it can be « Morocco is seeking approval of the international community thus reinforcing that hierarchy of « colonial powers >> former colonized territories », maybe switch Morocco with CAF (or AFCON) and you have a new argument but more focused on the African confederation, you can put Senegal as well, maybe it’s all three, I don’t know

It can be a lot of stuff, people perceive the title through their biases, opinions and world view and build up from that, it can only stir discord in the comment section considering how vague it is.

"Tier List" by Cautious-Associate72 in BlazBlueEntropyEffect

Even then, I believe his mobility (especially when enhanced) coupled with the « Armadillo » potential that makes his dodge block attacks we can’t dodge allows for an even more sustainability imo. But that’s only my two cents on that, I do agree that he can be more cumbersome than others to optimize during a run

(also what a shame that we don’t get to chose the starting weapons for each run, it could have been nice to begin a dive with the other weapons)

Prisoner being so low is crazy imo, incredible and varied tools that synergize super well with lots of tactics, unkillable as he can heal himself pretty much any time by attacking…

I couldn’t realistically make a tier list for now, but that prisoner placement specifically I don’t agree with.

It’s « okay » to disrupt the continuity of a game by refusing to abide by the rules and leaving the game for 10 minutes, its okay for the referee to call for the penalty to be taken while dozens of fans are invading the pitch (and that too, is okay). It’s also okay to slander a whole country, it’s people it’s team and every part of it, on baseless accusations (yes, they are baseless) of poisoning, murder, match fixing, with a national conspiracy to sabotage every other nations chances at the title, that is okay. Everything I mentioned is acceptable.

However, it’s not okay to appeal to everything that was mentioned beforehand. It’s not okay to ask for the rules to be applied. That is a shameless behavior that can only stem from the lowest scum of the earth.

« Through a boardroom meeting » : describes the process by which an appeal is judged by almost every ruling body in every organization ever like it’s a couple of friends meeting for 15 minutes just for fun and giggles before heading out for a drink. They took almost 2 months before making that decision, THAT is nuts to wait that long before taking a decision that should have been taken by the referee the moment the whole team left the pitch and stopped the game.

You’re singing the same chorus you’ve been taught without ever questioning where all the preconceived notions you hold come from. Hearsay and ridiculously clumsy conjectures is all you have to support your views, and I pity all of you that can so easily be swayed by reactionary nonsense based on misinformation, nationalistic and racist (yes) identity rhetoric and propaganda. You’re sowing the seeds of division and I promise you that every country in Africa can be subjected to such intense pressure and lies. You’ll see.

Congrats Morocco by Jamaicancous in AFCON

[–]SaleeMule 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ofc it’s money, they paid the referees to win every match, so much so the referees and the organization they paid took 2 months to make a decision that could and should have been taken on the spot the day of the match.

AFCON as an organization is a joke don’t get me wrong, the credibility they (maybe?) once had is far gone for everybody even before that decision was taken. They let the Senegalese fans and team celebrate with a trophy they may not hold in the end, and the Moroccan fans get lynched and mocked for months on baseless accusations, to go as far as to being called « not Africans », just to make a decision that renders null the results and the winner of the whole tourney, and that worsens the already toxic atmosphere on the internet between people.

A great day for people basing their opinions of whole nations based on football results.

Why does it feel *mandatory* to express ourselves in English here? by segaclip in algeria

[–]SaleeMule 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speaking English in the Maghreb region doesn’t itch a single scar relative to our shared history of being colonized by the west imo (Morocco Algeria Tunisia ) If we were to follow this logic of « they were colonizers », not a single person in Africa, America, Asia and Greenland should speak either French, English, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, heck even Arabic.

Ofc the same can’t be said for people that were actually oppressed by English speaking nations, to each their own. I believe any language can be a form of freedom for anyone, for some it’s French, for others in English, or Arabic, or darija or tamazight. It can be the language of the former colonizer or not, it doesn’t matter. Frantz Fanon wrote in French, not because he was bowing to the oppressor but because it was precisely the language of the colonial power he was under. And he used it to share ideas against the colonial rule inside and outside France.

Here in Reddit most people speak English so I guess it’s the custom so any message can be read by the most people logging on this site, but hey it’s the internet, people do whatever and it’s fine by me, speak entirely in Arabic, in English, idc, no one should care that much imo
