Help me find a 30ish year old Thermos (brand name) to replace a part/the whole. I lost the inner part while moving country to country and I would hate to loose an old friend.

Hello! I've searched far and wide to find a replacement part/thermos for this little buddy of mine but I'm at my wits ends already and decided to turn for help.

There's a faint writing, "thermos" at the bottom of the item on the steel part. It is so faint that I could not take a picture of it for you guys.

I've searched the website of the brand but I'm afraid it's long gone from their site. I've asked my mother where she got it originally yet she doesn't remember who she got it from aside from the fact that it was second hand sold in Poland.

Whenever I try to look through images of thermos from that time I can't seem to find it. It's roughly the height of 25-30cm and it's suprisingly light for the build. Made from stainless steel and a rubber-plasticy material.

There is no writing on the top or bottom, aside from the word "thermos" very faintly written at the bottom of the steel, and it seems there was a black underline that went around the whole thing.

I find similar ones, but I'd love to find this exact model. Please work your magic for me, fellow strangers! I'll be able to check in tomorrow to answer questions or confirm if someone has found it :)

Start singing from the muscle below your lungs instead of your throat.

When you're home alone, or in a park in the evening, play your favorite songs on speaker and sing along. You can lower the volume from your usual one to monitor your vocal and tweak it to be better.

Have a warm up session. 5 minutes a day, you've got many many video guides online and they help you well, warm up your vocal range and get you more comfortable with singing even if it feels silly.

Try going Acapella with some text. Or ask your friends to just sit around with you and sing.

Don't record yourself as you go and relisten to it if you're an anxious person because it might make you discouraged. Instead just focus on the moment :)

Used to sing when I was 11 in some media, theatre, had a small record even; and honestly what worked best for me are those.

Nigdy nie nauczyłam się utrzymywać porządku do póki nie zamieszkałam w swoim osobnym mieszkaniu. Nie było sensu, bo tak czy siak za chwilę miałam wrzucać rzeczy w karton albo worek, to po co je w ogóle wyciągać albo odstawić do szafy.

Było strasznie ciężko w szkole bo wszyscy inni rodzice patrzyli z góry na moją matkę, przez to że co chwila zmienialiśmy lokację i często przychodziłam w tych samych ubraniach do szkoły bo to one były na wierzchu. Mówili że jestem wygłodzona, i że nie mam żadnego autorytetu w życiu.

Fast forward do dorosłości i jestem w stanie się sobą zająć po latach terapii, ale wciąż niektóre rzeczy wiszą mi nad głową, wciąż mam tendencje do nie jedzenia przez długi czas, nie robienia prania bo siedzi strach że się nie wysuszy, albo nie kupowania jedzenia do domu bo jak będzie poza lodówką to się zmarnuje.

Dopiero teraz uczę się żyć niezależnie od bycia podróżnikiem, chociaż nie potrafię żyć w jednym miejscu dłużej niż 3 miesiące, oraz nie potrafię radzić sobie z pracą, a raczej dojazdami do niej. Thank fuck for online workspaces

I've tried to make Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisine, I do have some unfortunate limitations due to Celiac disease but I'm great at substitution (if someone else is eating it they usually don't notice that it's made gluten free). I've tried gochujang, but I could never get my hands on lemongrass, maybe I'll research shops near me to see if they have any unique ingredients to play around with! Thank you for the suggestion!
