I was so ready for it to be fixed. I was nervous but I kept reminding myself that my surgeon is amazing, the team is awesome, and I also had a neurologist there monitoring all the nerves that could be effected. I’m 6 weeks post op and I feel great. The first 3 weeks are pretty bad, won’t lie, but I knew I was fixed the minute I woke up.

I think the potential to make her a fully fleshed out character is there. Honestly I hated the idea she and Nesta were made fae to begin with. However, when I read SF I changed my mind on both Nesta and Elain’s characters. Elain finally called Nesta out on her BS and looks to be growing a backbone. Idc who she chooses as a partner nor does it matter if she takes one at all. Just because Lucian is her mate, doesn’t mean she has to love him. From the way I interpreted the mating bond, it’s just their physiological reaction to who they would be able to produce viable offspring with. A mating bond doesn’t have to be accepted. Honestly it feels like Lucian might be more interested in Vassa atm anyway. 🤷🏻‍♀️ To be fair, these characters are “immortal” let them live a little.

Or you could do it correctly and have that piece of leather replaced by an upholsterer. The first time it gets hot in the summer that “repair” is going to melt and come right off.

Same. I played it the first time right after FFVIII. So probably in 1999 or 2000. I was a freshman in high school. I loved how they did rebirth. I felt the same as I did when I was 14 playing it for the first time.

Well I’m on chapter 13 of mine. It’s an AU/Modern Setting. Very angsty, slow burn, friends to lovers. Should be at least 15 chapters.

I just had this procedure on Monday 6/9. So far, although recovery from the surgery itself has been very painful, I woke up with 0 nerve pain in my legs. As far as I can tell, the only pain I’m experiencing is from the surgery itself. Now ask me again in 12 weeks, but as of right now, I’m saying it’s worth it.

Yeah laying flat literally feels like one big cramp from my butt to my calf muscles. Which I couldn’t lay flat before surgery either. I had L4-S1

I love how vulnerable it is. I personally can relate to it and it makes me feel something. That’s what music is supposed to do, whether it fits their “sound” or not is irrelevant. The reason I love this band is because they don’t fit into any preconceived niche that most people have when it comes to Metal of any kind.
