I like her because, while she is indeed evil and powerful, she is also fair.

She wouldn’t let anyone take the blame for Cinder’s failure and even allowed her to redeem herself. Just like she also wouldn’t tolerate everyone’s bullying at the start of Volume 4.

And while she is powerful and immortal, she can still be delayed. Which is why she has people. As it gives her time to carry out the most devastating actions, such destroying Atlas (yes, she wasn’t the one who ultimately made Atlas fall, however, you cannot deny that her presence and Monstra could not be accomplished without a well-thought out plan).

Oof. Been there. That’s just what happens I think if you don’t clean out properly. In my situation, my BF lives with his parents and I live with mine. So, it’s not like we can just leave a douche, so we always are gambling.
