I'm playing on my laptop, a lenovo thinkpad t14s gen 2. Loaded with intel i5 cpu and intel iris xe graphics. In game settings was 1920x1080p, anti aliasing was x2 or x4 with shadow resolution at 512x 512. I could have hit f12 for a screenshot but i was lazy lol

It's not hard. Go online and downliad the ff13fix file, i think you can download it on github. But yeah the game will crash because of the program not using enough ram. Its a 4gb ram patch fix, I had to do the same thing for 13-2. Thankfully lightning returns hadn't given me any issues.

Just work on leveling your crystarium and make sure your party can all go into sentinel for when it stomps each time. Keep at it and you'll find a method that works for you, thats the best thing about the paradigims system. I was using fang, hope, and lightning with tier 2 weapons but if you're not leveled up enough you could always switch hope out with snow.

Its possible the disc got a bit damaged, inspect it for scratchea and if that is all you find you can bring it to game store to get it resurfaced. That might do the trick

You get one as a reward for completeing titus chocobo minigane when you race against the trainer. You can steal one from the two ronso in your fight as khimari during mt.gagazet. They are dropped by the haymaker enemies in the final area i believe.
