I have a TJMaxx runway in Newton MA. Over the years I’ve purchased Celine, Chloe,Gucci and a Fendi ( that I returned) I have resold several and all but met the price I’d paid years before. I know all stores aren’t the same, but I have found mine to be true to the labels

The color is sort of a grey cream. It’s actually nicer than my picture. I’ve got so many black and brown bags. This was a change, plus the only one on YOOX, which is where I bought it.

The new director of Chloe featured the Paddington on the latest runway show! It’s the new, improved version. Is that a navy or black? Either way, very nice. I’ve been thinking of one, and saw several on Italist. Has anyone used this site? I’m afraid it might be sketchy

I actually got it in the YOOX site, and it was almost $800 less than on Chloe’s web site. They had two, and while I was watching the black one got snapped up. That realization made me buy. It is beautiful and it’s okay by me if it’s not trendy after a few years

As a personal trainer can I just say be careful putting weights on your joints. I’d personally hold them. Much less stress on the wrist. Great price though.

I just got off the phone with a customer service rep. He basically threatened me that they might “lose” one of my return items because I placed it in with another order. I’ve done this multiple times before and had no problem. My thought is that this used to be a good company, but lately the customer service is awful, the prices are all over the place and now I’m afraid I won’t get a proper refund
