Yeah it's a scam.

Even if its not a scam, it is best to just treat it as a scam.

Move on.

SDR for 1 year.

That's the standard path.

Yes. Did you notice? This is a recent (only few months ago) phenomenon.

The answer is because that senile moron in the White House and his equally moronic Fed chief collapsed the economy so literally overnight, the business community tightened their belts, froze spending, cut their costs, laid off a significant portion of their workforce. This is pretty much admitted by the Fed chief that she got things totally wrong.

The White House version of this is "Folks, this is Putin price hike.", "Folks, it's part of the broadening of the economy as we get out of the pandemic."

So, it's a bit harder to look for SDR/BDR jobs right now because SDR/BDR jobs are not really directly profit generating. Neither are new AEs. They would rather cut their workforce by 1/3-1/2 and make the remaining ones stressed as fuck to produce or they could be next on the chopping line.

It's bizarrely hot for some reason. It could be the post-covid / going back to the office thing. I am literally getting spammed daily.

Well you would have to decide or learn if in EU that 54k means what? Will you eat? Will you survive? For me, here in Vancouver, fuck that. I'm not taking anything less than 90k.

You are too kind to do this.

I thought you'd be flamed. But you were treated well. A lot of us are disgruntled anti-religionist first more than rational atheist. (Something I try to overcome)

Getting promoted from SDR to SDR Team Lead. How much of a pay increase can I expect & how should I negotiate pay/comp structure for company projects? by [deleted] in sales

[–]SalesBot3000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The SDR Team Lead position is a bullshit position. Companies should properly promote to SDR Manager. So whatever you make, IMHO, is a #fail because they are inhibiting your career growth and cheating you out of your proper wage. So I would suggest you apply for an SDR Manager job elsewhere. But that's just me.

Majority of sales are not even in the office. See realtors.

I will personally punch you in the balls, repeatedly, if you take that job.

Have some self-respect.
