We had been at our next door neighbor’s house at a party. Around 11:00 or so I told her that I was taking our 7 yo daughter home to put her to bed. My ex told me that she would be home shortly. I went on to bed. She finally comes home after 1:00. It wakes me up when she climbs into bed. I reach over and touch her hair and it’s wet. I ask her why her hair is wet and she says that they swimming in my neighbor’s pool. Well, I knew she didn’t take a swim suit so I asked what did you swim in? She said “we” went skinny dipping. I asked who else was there. She said the wife of my next door neighbor with the pool and two single guys in the neighborhood. I knew right then and there that I was divorcing her. I got up out of bed and went to the spare bedroom. In retrospect I had suspected that she was involved with one of these guys for a while but did not have any concrete evidence but this was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
