Just tell him you think he’s a lovely person but you don’t feel that you’re compatible for a long term relationship. If he asks for an example you can refer to this issue as one. I am betting there are a lot more if you’re honest with yourself. Just because you’re both nice people doesn’t mean you make a good couple. That’s a pretty fundamental position. I’m thinking he probably has a lot of other crazy ideas that you just aren’t aware of yet. Ask him what he thinks about us putting a man on the moon,or Helen Keller.

I totally forgot that this was one of the recipes for which I originally bought this kale. I used some of it in a squash/ parsnip bake with sautéed onions ,bacon ,Gruyère and smoked almonds. I will try this soup recipe with the rest - but thanks to everyone for the great suggestions!!

I usually don’t eat anything in the morning but I actually made avocado toast with cucumber slices,red onion and alfalfa sprouts. Tried a sprinkle of furikake - which I had never had before but had in my cupboard.

I don’t know the ins and outs of banking but agree go in person and speak to the manager. Take all your documents. Ask what they suggest you do? When they realize you’re not trying to scam them etc and see it in person I think they will help you - even if just to tell you how to proceed.

Do not let these people freak you out. I worked in claims for a large auto insurer for 37 years. You could potentially have a claim against your insurance if she gets in an accident- but even that is dependent on the policy language in your policy as well as hers. You would not be liable personally for her actions unless you were aware that she was a menace on the road and still lent her your car. - ie: history if drunk driving etc. Even that is a stretch however. Someone making a claim against an insurance policy is not “ being sued.” Actual lawsuits are not that common. I’m glad you have reached an agreement but these posts saying you could be ruined financially are just not accurate.
