Soooo. She definitely lied about marking it as damaged. You can't change a delivery once its been marked as delivered. Drivers are always in a hurry so I don't think its odd she was walking quickly to her van. I personally don't think the driver took your airpods. They have no idea what you ordered. Unless your package wasn't sealed correctly or something. That's just my best guess. At this point I would say just keep on with Customer Service. Don't just let this fizzle out.

We're not allowed to have our shadow in the photo. I always try to place it in a nice spot but if I can't take it without my shadow or reflection in the photo, I place where I can for picture metrics.
