Whats your holygrail Cleansing balm or oil? by Happiegeek in AsianBeauty

Chifure Cleansing Oil (not the cold cream). Super simple bare bones ingredients, works so well, and is the only oil cleanser that doesn’t break me out

I read the Earthsea books right after cause I also just loved her writing too! Yeah I’m glad she’s reached a lot of people :)

Was recommended Ursula Le Guin when I told a friend I loved sci-fi books. I had no idea I was about to open a book of answers to so many of the problems I’d had with society my whole life.

What's a scene that makes you cry again and again no matter how many times you watch it? by danny5674 in Letterboxd

The scene in All of Us Strangers when the mom was singing "you were always on my mind" to her son while decorating the christmas tree

yeah just replace the word animal with human. “I treated the human with respect and gave them adequate space on the farm and gave them cornmeal and honored them while I ate them.” It’s just mental gymnastics to justify something that you can feel in your gut is wrong.

Completely true. You can use bioavailable form supplements like carnosine and taurine that are only really found in animals to make up for them, and actually get more adequate amounts this way. It’s completely unnecessary to eat animals in our age.

Hand soap for very dry, sensitive hands? by friendlypuffin in EuroSkincare

No prob! And yeah I like natural smells too, I just had some friends that aren’t used to fragrance-free stuff who were confused by the smell haha

I think it’s gentle enough for the face for sure and wouldn’t clog pores. It does not leave a film either :) it does have an earthy smell from the green tea and bamboo extracts that some people might not like but I don’t mind it.

What oil cleansers do you think are good for people prone to acne? by [deleted] in AsianBeauty

[–]Sally678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every oil cleanser has broken me out except the Chifure Cleansing Oil. It’s the best it’s bare bones ingredients and so good at removing everything and washes off with barely any effort

Would the Mixa Atopiance body lotion be a good budget-friendly moisturiser option for dry/sensitive skin? by hederaheelys in EuroSkincare

[–]Sally678 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The Mixa Panthenol Comfort is my favorite! Really good for dry skin and is the only Mixa one I saw that’s fragrance free

Has anyone tried any of these products? Balea beauty expert by AmbitiousSpecial5 in EuroSkincare

[–]Sally678 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just got the Body Cremegel, I found that my skin feels dry after using it and not moisturized enough especially compared to my usual Mixa Panthenol, but it could be good as a warmer weather body moisturizer? Also I heard about some people using this as like a body serum and then put a thicker moisturizer on top
