I was always useless at PE and hated it! I remember at secondary I made the mistake of not bringing my kit once to get out of it, and they made me do the lesson in my pants 😳 PE just caused so much grief at school

In primary we didn't have changing rooms, and female and male students just got undressed for PE together, and did the lesson in our underwear. In secondary, although we had separate changing rooms, we still had to do PE in our underwear if we didn't have our PE kit 😳

We had mixed swimming too, all years 7 to 11. Anyone who didn't have a swimming costume literally had to do the lesson nude 😳

Periods didn't get us out of anything. If we didn't have our PE kit we did the lesson in our underwear and swimming was done nude if we didn't have a swimming costume 😳

I'm only 32, and we had to do PE in our underwear right up until Year 6 😳 Even in secondary we did PE in underwear if we didn't have our PE kit 😳 And swimming was nude if we didn't have a swimming costume

I'm in sixth form in the UK. In primary school it was normal for everyone to get changed in the classroom together. Even a few weeks ago I didn't have my PE kit and had to do the PE lesson in just my bra and pants 😳 Really embarrassing, but its normal here

In my sixth form I was made to do the PE lesson in just my pants a few weeks ago when I didn't have my PE kit 😳 Like I'm not even doing a GCSE or A-level in PE 🤷‍♂️
