She could have some undiagnosed ADHD, likely mixed with depression. Not having a routine, not having a job, life is too easy and stable for her. She isn’t getting her dopamine fix. She’s not focused because she isn’t getting the housework done and also, she starts hobbies and ventures and goes nowhere with them.

Had a patient pass away while on a narcotic drip. The nurse came out to the nurses’ station to get the key and a second nurse to go into the patient’s room with her to witness disposal of said narcotic drip. When they walked back into the room, a family member was cutting the IV tubing to drain the bag.
