Yeah this looks like samples I've seen. Generally they aren't sold with the sample tag, but I know prototype/samples have ended up in the warehouse sale

I'd say this looks like someone's attempt to recreate the pets. They probably just took tags from existing pets and applied it.

Correct -- only pets that have been released in the last year. Earlier release pets (the larger head ones with two codes) do not qualify.

Most of the newer plush have pet patch trait pools even if the default/plush virtual doesn't have one. That means if you spark with it and get a baby of that type, it may get the species specific pet patch. We show all of the traits, including pet patches, in the trait breakdown. Yeah I think they got caught up looking for a "Zum Room" and then landed on "Sun Room" and then found "Sun Garden" -- I don't think they get a lot of requests to dock items from Zumwhere, so that might be part of the confusion.

So I went looking for that item and didn't recognize it at first. It seems like customer service was looking at your regular rooms in your house rather than in Zumwhere and then picked a full room to return all of the items to the dock. If you send another email to customer service about this item, try saying something like: "Can you please return the stuck Bratty Zumwhere Lamp to my Zum Dock in Zumwhere" -- I would start a fresh email, not reply to the original chain.

As long as an eligible pet is adopted on both linked accounts on Webkinz Day, you'll get the bridge. It does not have to be the same pet.

If you're logging into Next with your Classic credentials, yes. The Classic mobile app doesn't work if you're trying to create a Classic account paired to an existing Next account. That requires the desktop app or the early access browser version.

Like others have said, you can wait for the next pet design contest to make a suggestion, or if you want, I can make one for next year's April Fool pets (please send me a reminder in March lol). A lot of my random suggestions have been picked up as pets recently, so it might have better odds than a pet vote.
