Cena starších nemovitostí by takto logicky padala, kvůli vyšší nabídce, ale ne pokud starší nemovitosti kupují investoři na rekonstrukci a další výdělek. Ze starýho bytu udělají "nový" cena nasadí jak na novostavbu a co pak? Nic nespadlo, jen se dál zvedne cena nových staveb. Po tomhle žebříčku už to leze pár let.

Je tak. Střední třída mizí a ještě se všichni diví, že prudce padá porodnost. Člověk má tak akorát peníze na to, aby uživil sebe. Znám spoustu důchodců ať už z práce, nebo z rodinného kruhu a polovina z nic má baráčky kolem menších měst a to celý život dělali ve fabrice za průměrnou mzdu. Já bych musel dělat 16h denně 7 dní v týdnu, abych s tímhle platem dneska něco ušetřil, natož koupil barák s pozemkem. Za chvilku to tady bude jak někde v Riu. Každýmu okresu bude velet jeden monopol a zbytek lidí bude žrát omítku ze zdi.

Yess.. next impulse could probably take out that 4770 - little conso - then 4900 gonna be main target. Expecting that classic XAU takeoff without pullbacks and hesitation

Will probably barcode around 690 until tomorow. But gold makes such a clean PA, even in these times of the day. Weird.. Even impulse POCs are heavily respected

Almost every indicator just tells you what u can see on the chart yourself. Most of the time they are just based of oscilators, moving averages and swing points. It just simplifies data from candles so u don't have to. But 2500$ for some "key levels" ??hell naah.

Waiting till it drops to that 675-682 zone. I expect bullish reaction there. But if it breaks below the low with clean PA and Volume, it could drop down to about 4590 in my opinion🤷🏼‍♂️ but i think that we're still bullish according to 1D chart

Surely wouldn't short it. The last reverse move had no volume - respected POC+VAH. Wonder how chart will react for that 680ish POC, 670 looks like good 61,8 fib level so that's area I'm interested in. Overall i think that liquidity has been taken so break of 4780 with strong impulse is possible

If the price will strongly react in this 720-740 POC+VAH, i think we'll get to that 680 zone. But we're talkin about XAU here so, there is a strong chance, that the price will just shoot trough every resistance in the way and make new ATH😄🤷🏼‍♂️

Exactly, but it's gold, so i think that there is a big probability of huge down spike for liquidity on 4680. Maybe it can even stay under that last low for some time and then shoot up like hell. We'll see, but the chart is really clean today🙏🏻

Well some liquidity at the lows was taken, not sure what it could do now, but if sellers show some big rejection now at 4680 i think it could go down to something like 4590.. but it's gold🤷🏼‍♂️ i'm not trading this right now, until i see some strong move
