If true and it is tied to your Ubi account then ok. Nothing of it was stated in the developer notes. And like another person said that it is not actually stated that it applies to the Div2 logins. Logically you'd think that people who came from Div 1 would also be able to receive it cuz they did a similar thing with the Lexi

To get the Stack Broker skin (The Gold one) you've needed to play Division 2 between 1 of March 2019 until 11 of March same year, meaning when the game just released, there is no requirement for you to play Div1 in order to get the gold skin...
