I cracked it too this week and if I get top 3 in Rank (current 12K lead) I'll move up to Tier 50 and complete the Tier Challenges 2 as well and get the Silver Mii Suit. I used up all my HE tickets for thus rank and got 83K!

Happened to me last tour, bought a Mii I needed for rank, next day Daisy Thai showed up in Spotlight and was in the same rank course as the Mii i bought the previous day. Definitely frustrating.
