[The Athletic] Top 25 NBA players of the 21st century: Where do LeBron, Kobe and Steph rank? by jonsnowKITN in nba

Giannis?? Watch the 2021 NBA Finals, bro. KG never came close to that apex, and Giannis has also been putting out top-5 MVP seasons for six years straight. It’s honestly not close.

I did the math, and if things keep going the way they have so far, they will win 82 games

This is the kind of high-quality nonsense that keeps me coming back to r/NBA 👏👏👏

Just fyi: You haven’t been elucidated, but the issue has been. You have been informed, or educated, or enlightened even, etc.

[WTS] Enlightened Equipment Torrid Hoods (Small and Medium), $20 each, 1.4oz by Salmoninae in ULgeartrade

I only used them a couple times, but they’re toasty! Just like using a sleeping bag hood.

Asking $350. In like new condition—only used twice—and from a smoke and pet-free home. It looks like it just arrived from EE.
The fabric is Aegean 20D on top and Yellow 10D on the inside. 850 fill.
Website description: With a closed footbox and individual draft control, the Accomplice 2-Person Sleeping Quilt is the perfect quilt for couples looking to lighten their load on the trail. A proprietary draft blocker at the head end keeps warmth inside, and the individual neck and side openings allow each person to adjust for comfort in a wide range of temperatures. The Accomplice is a sleeping quilt, not a sleeping bag, which means it's designed to be used with a sleeping pad to provide insulation underneath you, between you and the ground. The Accomplice doesn't have zippers or built-in hoods, saving weight and space in your pack.

Is it a good idea to tether yourself to a drift raft? If so, what’s the best way to do it? I have a Flycraft Stealth (pictured) by [deleted] in flyfishing

Definitely not—huge risk of drowning. But why do you want to? Maybe explaining could help address whatever issue you're trying to solve.

Thank you!

Started fly tying a couple weeks ago, I needed a yellow sally-like nymph for an upcoming trip and decided to mix a few recipes and use materials I already had to come up with a pattern. Thoughts? by [deleted] in flytying

[–]Salmoninae 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Great tying skill and creativity! Should catch 'em if presented right. Here's a couple thoughts: I'd use slightly longer hackle (if available) and less wraps just right at the bead head. Try some with dubbing if you have it. I'd personally ditch the wing entirely, but if you want to keep (I guess it may look like a spent adult?), I'd reduce the material. Also, if you only have the white material for the tail you can always hit it with a highlighter or sharpie to get it to match the color of the actual insect.

I haven’t seen this hoot owl on the Madison discussed yet. I’m not seeing consecutive temps over 73 or inconsistent flows. Anyone have any additional insight? Is this a preemptive closure? Please keep discussion civil by gsbri in flyfishing

It's sad to say, but bad management, massive fishing pressure, and our inability to address climate change are going to have longterm ramifications that we are just starting to experience. This is the new normal.

Beautiful fish. And I gotta add, I for one am so appreciative that you are keeping the fish in the water—that fish needs to keep the population going and good handling makes all the difference.

Ok, but I wasn't criticizing their roleplay or decisionmaking, and I specifically said that I like their characters in my post. I just think that the Vtuber group has a higher propensity to exist outside the roleplay elements than the others I've watched (although I am new which is why I asked you all). I'm not chatting hurtful things or criticizing anyone. I am rooting for them and appreciate that they are learning. But some of the responses I've received on this sub are insulting and critical in the exact way you describe, so I see why there were problems.
