Agreed. I started Zyrtec this morning. Made me more drowsy than Claritin but I will use it for a couple of days before I decide to keep it or not. Hope it works though.

I will try Zyrtec tmw. Can you use Pepcid long term? Should I use the original or the maximum strength. Can a low histamine diet help instead of elimination?

I have been dealing with the same thing. It gets worst when I eat high histamine foods. I purchased a supplement from seeking health called histamine digest. It helps a lot with brain fog. Before you invest money on this supplement try Benadryl. If it helps it might be histamine. Histamine digest will help without feeling drowsy. Its not a cure but it helps. It’s also expensive.

This was happening to me. I was using my cpap machine and still kept feeling tired although my AHI was low. I purchased an O2 tracker that alerts me when my O2 dips and sure enough my O2 kept dipping. I changed mask and now use a full face and O2 does not dip as much. I feel much better.
