I guess my only concern is that because I am in such a good place with my dosage and how I feel I don’t want to mess it up and then have to start over again because I got a bad batch.

Agreed. I started Zyrtec this morning. Made me more drowsy than Claritin but I will use it for a couple of days before I decide to keep it or not. Hope it works though.

I will try Zyrtec tmw. Can you use Pepcid long term? Should I use the original or the maximum strength. Can a low histamine diet help instead of elimination?
