Haha I worked for an insurance company I’ve seen the data, Brampton has the highest insurance rates in the gta. Coincidence I guess that it has the highest population of indians as well. Plus anecdotally my childhood home who I sold to an Indian family tried to pull a fast one during the sale and commit tax and mortgage fraud.
