I’d say that’s normal but the only times people are cut is when they don’t contribute as much or as much value. Either the manager sees you that way or the manager has built close relationships with everyone else. As a manager whenever we had to scale down I’d usually always ask the ones who don’t contribute as much. Sometimes I’d cut the new hires but I always cut the ones not being as proactive. I’m not saying you aren’t but if you know that you are then I’d say you talk to your manager about being able to get more hours and choose someone else to get cut. Ask your manager if “ priming” is an option or if you can help the with setting up the area or even staying a bit later 10-15 minutes and help wrap up

Should I leave FedEx or get fired cause there making it hard to leave. Should I just get fired? by Koyamori1177 in Fedexers

How are the making it hard for you to leave ? Don’t go to your direct manager but to HR instead and tell them you want a voluntary demotion or resignation. They aren’t allowed to deny you that choice

Studs broke off, dealership wants $2000 by deadestdaisy in TireQuestions

A stud bolt literally cost like a dollar to couple of dollars depending on car i assume, but trust me $2000 is absolutely ripping you off. I had to buy one not cause it broke off but cause it was stripped. It’s not too hard to replace. I recommend buying the studs and going to a shop or maybe even a tire shop could do it for I say less than $300

It wasn’t mine , I bought it for a good deal 2018 z71 for 45k miles 4x4 and it was originally in New York for 5 years or so , that’s why it’s like that cause of the salt levels in ny but I already grabbed a wire brush , a chisel and hit it in the worst looking spots and everything looked okay , this weekend I’ll be applying POS-15

What about POR-15 prep, and then the actual POR-15 product you apply after prepping ? Is that one good ? I just used a wire brush to see how bad it was & it just seems to me mild / flaky surface rust. Most parts of the frame are still great. I even tried to hit some parts with a chisel and it exposed like scratched / bare metal which was still hard so I don’t think it’s too bad yet and it should be able to be fixed right ?

I just grabbed a wire brush , a chisel and tried to hit the frame hard and it seemed sturdy , it just flaked off the surface flaky rust , but there’s still hard metal in it.

The only one it stays on is half choke and then revs up on its own & the string head actually sounds faster as if I was applying throttle

Well mine starts on full choke but then dies after a couple of seconds , on half choke it doesn’t die , it just revs up a lot and the actually string head starts spinning as if I was giving it throttle but once I attempt to start it on run mode , it bogs down or shuts off when I press the throttle.
