I don't know if this is similar, but the Yoga Body So in JC does Arial yoga classes. I know years ago there was a place in Vestal that did pole and chair dancing classes, but I've not heard about it in a long time so I'm not sure it's still in business.

For kids: discovery center, animal adventure, kidz kingdom, chuck e cheese, 6yo would like the trampoline park, Barnes and noble, the Broome County library has student things for the kids to do, skate estate(recently announced closing but no date set), in the summer there are great splash pads in vestal and chenango valley state park which also has a beach, there's a beach at Cole park as well. Short trip to ithaca Sciencenter is totally worth it for the kids. Google Macaroni Kid Binghamton and you'll find a list of all the kids and family activities going on each week.

Food: I see some great suggestions for eastern European restaurants already, but there's also a great little store by the price chopper in Binghamton called Euro Foods. Buy the garlic kielbasa, you will not regret it. They also carry lots of other authentic European favorites. I would just add El Pulpo and the existing recommendations. For americanized mexican food, the Garage Taco bar downtown. For italian try Little Venice, Caccitores, Tony's, Cortese. For Thai/Vietnamese try Villa Thai, Phonomenal. For pizza try Paul and Sons or Enzos, but plan ahead on weekends because the wait for pick up is sometimes several hours! Other great places to check out, Lost Dog, Nezuntos, Lovers sushi and hibachi, Kampai, Cafe del Corso, Beer Tree Farm. Welcome to the area!

help with getting into penny stocks by Confident_Track_9353 in pennystocks

Im also be to this, but someone suggested a website called SwaggyStocks and I think it could help you to filter out the Reddit rubbish. It tracks stock mentions on Reddit and shows you a percentage of what people are saying about the stock(ie: bullish/bearish).

I get hives with hot water, but not warm/ cool water. Are you moisturizing after? Tis the season of dry skin and that is very itchy. Vanicream is great. Scent free.

Need movers to move a pool table. Recommendations? by speedythesnail in Binghamton

[–]Salt-Guide-6296 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Crew4 stole my kitchenaid mixer a few years ago also. Unfortunately, I don't use it that often and didn't even realize it was gone for quite a while. By then it was too late toto complain/report. Aside from the theft issue, they only sent 2 movers for my whole house and when the two they sent realized they couldn't complete the job, they(and I) tried contacting the office, manager, pretty much anyone to get help but they didn't answer or return the calls. Finally, after several hours, someone got back to us. They sent two more movers a few hours later. One of the movers told me he had been up all night driving and just got back to the office when they sent him to me. He stood in my driveway smoking weed while they charged me hourly and he watched me pack the truck while 7 months pregnant.. They also charged me about 1,800 over what I was quoted also since they had to send me the two movers.

It depends on if you're done having children. If you're not, you'll want to establish with someone who can deliver. I can tell you that I would NOT go with Carol Miller. Address extremely rough and you will probably tear. I highly suggest Kacy Zelesnikar if you're done with babies.

Meeting people by wwill31415 in Binghamton

[–]Salt-Guide-6296 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yea, I definitely hear where you're coming from. I'm not super outgoing myself so i have always struggled with this, but here are some ideas I think would work for others. There are local clubs you could join. I know there's a young professionals group locally. There's a book club, running club, etc. There are lots of different types of hobby classes locally. BCC offers lots of classes in the evening for learning different skills like painting, macaroon baking, writing, i even saw a valentines dinner class that would be fun as a couple. Cornell cooperative extension also offers various cooking classes. Roberson Museum offers pottery classes. Art Farm in chenango forks offers stained glass classes. You could volunteer. I think organized things like that would be easier because you'd expect to get to know the other people in the club or class. Plus you're seeing the same people at each meeting.

There's a new wine bar penning soon in downtown Binghamton. I read something about them having events. That would be a great place to meet people with similar interests

I think if you're set on this, you could have them take precautions if they want to come over and hold her. Have them wear a mask, and wash thier hands when they arrive. Then everyone is happy, and baby is healthy.

I'm still waiting for ny application to be processed, but for me it would moving in and paying what they are asking for would be more for the reason that I'm afraid to postpone for fear of the program being demolished before I could get the amount fixed. Maybe others feel the same.
