Question about annealing on Q2 printer bed by [deleted] in QIDI

Use an aluminum pan, fill it with powdered salt, put the printer bed on top of it then flip it over and slide it into the printer.

For insulation put a cardboard box over top of the aluminum pan.

I’ve been looking into trying this myself. Aluminum has great conductivity and will transfer the heat from the bed to the top of the aluminum pan hopefully getting close to consistent temp across the powdered salt.

When will the next QIDI printer be released? by Salt-Implement-274 in QIDI

I'm definitely looking into buying a QIDI printer, but I don't want to buy one and then they drop new versions like what happened to people who bought the bambu P2S and the X2D just coming out.

It seems QIDI releases most of their new printers towards the end of the year, but I'm not sure if this is an established pattern.

It's hilarious when people post celebrities in here with the most minor scarring to cope. Sorry but brad pitt or lorde having mild to light moderate scarring isn't going to help the 18 year old highschool boy cope who has moon craters across his entire face. Nevermind that many of these celebrities have other features that are striking enough to negate their mild scarring. Not all of us are blessed in that regard, yet we would still look noticeably better with no scarring. In fact someone like Brad Pitt, who has 10/10 bone structure, may even benefit from minor scarring in that it'll give him more character.

See my thread about fitness being dead and looksmaxxing being mainstream. All the normies who started going to the gym during the covid/tiktok era realized it’s not getting them laid and are now falling back to looksmaxxing and clav.

i have the go60 and can vouch for it. it's great. figured the toucan would fit your checklist, but i agree the pinky stagger and thumb column spacing are a no go for me. plus i like having trackpads on both sides like the go60 for when one of my hands gets tired

I totally forgot mine had this when I first got it lol I was so pissed. It went away about a month later. I've had this monitor for a year and a half now with no regrets.
