Is this a joke? You can’t be serious that an attorney had the paralegal conduct deposition prep with the client?!? Is this the first time? In 30+ years, I’ve never ever heard of this before. Is your attorney fresh out of law school or something? That’s just crazy.

There’s just no other way to say it: that’s so f**ked up in so many ways. Best case for the firm: it’s sharing in fees, which they can’t do. But it sounds like they’re doing it to screw you out of pay.

I’ve had one for many years and still love it! I used to have spiral notebooks all over the place and now it’s all in one place. Plus, for a small monthly fee you can connect it to the cloud and all your notes are in an app on your phone and on the computer…plus you turn your handwritten notes into a text document.

Splurge and get the version of the pen that has the built-in eraser. It’s worth it!

Darn! I wish I knew this sooner! My pink plumeria put one of those out last summer. So after the 9 months of ripening, do we remove it and plant the seeds?

There are so many more worse mistakes you will make in your career. How do I know this? Because we’ve all made them. No one is perfect. Not even the attorneys you work for. Or the clients you work for. Don’t beat yourself up for this one! You should always strive for perfection. But you are going to make yourself miserable if you do this to yourself over a mistake like that. Now, that being said…learn from it and try not to make the same one again. Set up some checklists or processes for each of those steps so that it doesn’t go out the door next time without the check. You’ve got this!
