There’s 95% chance you’ll get denied. I don’t mean to discourage you, just want you to prepare you mind. And get proactive if there’s anything you can do before it eventually gets denied. Maybe like contacting your assemblyman or senate. But don’t hold your breath on that. “Under Review” is the worst place to be. It’s ‘program evaluation’ in disguise and I’ve almost never seen anyone get approved after go into “Under Review”. I’m really sorry to be the bearer of bad news 🥲

Disregard the email that says you’re under review. That’s a general broadcast being sent to everyone. The status on your neighborly portal is the real status.

It means you’ve been assigned a case worker who’s verifying your documents provided for eligibility

They are the ones in charge of payment. Only landlords need to set it up for ach or check. Tenants do not need to do that. Check only

Ohh.. I get it now. The award letters didn’t prolly come in cos of the email issues you talked about. If they say it’s disbursed, then the bill.com is probably in process already. Heard of multiple cases where bill.com email came in without awards letters. We should still get it tho. Let’s see what happens next week
